How can I get the center of the circle to also be a cutting edge?

As far as I am aware you can’t which is super frustrating. What I do is add the cutter to my slicer then measure the hole size. I then make a circle cutter in the same size as the hole. I then add to the cutter in my slicer, align it then merge as one in my slicer.

Thats a good work around, thank you for that idea! Hopefully soon there will be a way to do this.
