# New to CookieCad - Won't let me upgrade to premium

Hi, I just started using Cookiecad and really love it, but it won’t let me go to premium so I can use the premium features. I have clicked on upgrade and have paid, but it still doesn’t show that im upgraded. I have logged out and back in, used my computer and my iphone, and I can’t seem to do anything that you can do with a premium subscription. Thoughts?
