Problems with printing cutters

Hi,

I need your help, I’ve been printing for a few weeks but it keeps going wrong when I print cutters see photo the edges split, and also the bottom of
the cutter is not straight. I’ve really tried everything adjust print bed, change temperature. I print with an ender 5 pro creality. This is my first printer I am a beginner. I would like to start selling cutters but my dream seems to be falling apart. I so hope someone can help me here, tank you

Hi!

The bottom not straight looks to either be a bed adhesion issue or that you are printing too high on that side. If the lines on the bottom of the cutter in that area aren’t touching, you should raise the bed to get a little more squish.

For the splitting, try increasing the temperature by 5 degrees at a time, until 225.
