So this may be a silly question as it is still early in the morning. I have been asked to do an alphabet set and was going to use the new cutter set feature, but when I bring in two letters, the middle of the letters is not there. Am I just missing a setting somewhere so they will show up?

You were not missing anything. In the first release there was no way to do imprint, however we just released a new feature to add imprints so you can make letter sets. It’s pretty easy to do, I just printed a full alphabet myself. Check it out here.
