Does this new feature change anything in print recommendations? Does it still make sense to set the extrusion width to 0.49? (nozzle 0.4)
Yes, it is much easier to print cutters with arachne! With arachne, line width is adjusted to the model and so you can leave the line width at the default and it should work fine.
