it just was doing nothing at all, I switched off my computer and tried again then it worked, it has happened a couple of times to me though. it could be that im using m1 chip and maybe it decides doesn’t want to work sometimes

I’ve a premium account and I have the same problem. I can’t download the STL file. I tried to leave it runing and running and even after one hour it was still downloading and suddenly it stopped. So I can’t get my STL file. I suppose I’ve spent my money for nothing because I really urge to have that stamp.

I have the same issue, I just joined and was thinking of getting the monthly subscription but it does not work for me. Using Chrome on Windows 10 PC. I get Generating model, please wait this can take a few minutes. But I have waited for 30+ mins a little excessive I think something has to be wrong.
