it just was doing nothing at all, I switched off my computer and tried again then it worked, it has happened a couple of times to me though. it could be that im using m1 chip and maybe it decides doesn’t want to work sometimes
Hi! I am having the same issue. I am using Safari as a browser and when I download the STL it gets just an unknown file.

I’ve a premium account and I have the same problem. I can’t download the STL file. I tried to leave it runing and running and even after one hour it was still downloading and suddenly it stopped. So I can’t get my STL file. I suppose I’ve spent my money for nothing because I really urge to have that stamp.
