Cutting Blade Detaching

I’ve been printing for a while now, and lately have had an issue where the cutting blade easily detaches from the main wall. If the cutter is intricate it doesn’t happen. Only on straight or long lines on the cutter. You can see that the filament didn’t extrude well in the first layer of the cutting blade/wall. When complete, the cutting blade detaches from the main wall easily.
All 3 cutters were made at the same time. The campfire is perfect and strong (lots of detail) the van came apart and the pipe did too. Any ideas of what might have caused this? Blade is .8 and extra blade is 1.6
Thx!

Is that silk filament? If so, that is the reason. Silk has a much lower layer adhesion than regular PLA. On a curvy cutter there is increased surface area and the curves themselves add strength. But on a long straight blade, a small amount of pressure on the top has a lot of leverage and it can easily snap. You can try and improve it by using a higher temperature or overextruding a little or making the extra blade higher/regular blade lower so there is less leverage.

If it is not silk - then the first thing I would recommend is trying a higher temperature.
