I have uploaded several PNG files from Krita and Paint apps. For all of them I keep on getting an error message “Error in getcuttermesh: offset cannot be orthogonal to z axis”
How do I fix this please?
Hey - can you share an example? You can share the image or share a link to the cutter that has the error by clicking the share button (next to the download button).
