I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I haven’t printed a cutter in a few months and had my cutter setting written down. Problem is I used those same settings again and it seems to be printing thinner and not the same thickness.
That’s one issue but the other issue is the layers seem to be loose and the end of the blade isn’t sharp or connected to the layers. Does that make sense? lol I’m not sure if it’s the settings or what! I’ve been trying to figure it out and I can’t. Please help if anyone knows. : )
Nine times out of ten this is due to a loose belt. I would suggest you look up a tutorial for your printer on how to tighten the belts You can tell which belt it is by how that cutter sits on the bed, if the area that is splitting is left to right parallel with the X axis, then the Y belt needs tensioning and vice versa.
