Imperfection in cutters made with a resin printer (Anycubic Photon Mono)

Anyone have issues with holes or non closures in cutters? I have a resin Anycubic photon mono.

Hey!
I had this happen once too. I couldn’t pin point why so I swirled my resin, cleaned my screen under the FEP, and made sure I releveled the bed. Reprinted and it was fine. Does it happen consistently or a one-off?
