You can’t combine imprint and cutout at this point. You can make this into a stamp, then make a separate cutout cutter by filling in everything in black except for the hole and then checking the box for “Edges only”. Then you can use the cutter to cutout the shape and center and the stamp to imprint the shape.
You may also be able to combine the two in cadit.
