When using the new version I noticed that when downloading the STL the Top layer of all cutters have random small dips throughout the top layer. If I go back to the old version this does not occur. I printed both version and saw this with all cutters I printed.
@vanhorb Have you been able to resolve this issue? Using the Beta version I am also getting these gaps when sliced (looks fine in the cookiecad rendering) with a variety of thicknesses between 0.4 and 0.5mm, whereas using the ‘non-beta’ version I can easily print a smooth cutting edge at 0.4mm.
No, I still have the issue in the beta version and have never gotten a response here about the problem. I just ended up going back to the old version and giving up on fixing it.
