It’s also hard to turn the image around. It keeps rotating to the other side

also…since the change, I have to physically type the name of the file but also add .stl to the end or it doesn’t shop up in the folder. Can you fix that? Before when downloading, we could just say heart-1.0
Now I have to save file as heart-1.0.stl

Hmm that’s odd - I don’t think we changed anything related to this. What device are you on and what browser are you using?
