Overcharged on Premium

Who do I need to contact for payment overcharge? The chat bot just keeps asking how they can help. My account renews on the 30th of every month but I was just charged again on the 11th of May

I too am having an issue. I have emailed support, tried the chat option and sent a message in the contact form. No one has responded. I paid for the premium membership on the 23th and was charged, however I cannot use the premium options, my account says it is the free account and keeps telling me to upgrade.
