Hi @atherabdullahmusa when the lines in your top layer aren’t touching each other, that is under extruding. It can be caused by a number of things so we’ll go through some steps to identify which one.
First, the image doesn’t look so shiny to me. Printing too cold can be one cause of under extrusion. To see if that is the issue increase your nozzle temperature to 220. If this is PLA, you can go as high as 235 but if it doesn’t resolve at 220 then temperature is not likely to be the issue. This is the setting in cura:
If that isn’t it, it could be that you just need to extrude a little more. You can increase the flow (called extrusion multiplier in prusa slicer) from 100 to 105. Here is the flow setting in Cura:
You can also go a little higher than that but if it doesn’t resolve it then you likely have a physical hot end or extruder issue that is causing it and it won’t be resolved with slicer settings. In that case we will examine some things on your printer itself.
