Wondered what everyone else’s opinion is on this.
I’ve been making cookie cutters, and have been planning to start selling them. But now I’m worried about copyright infringements around the ‘themed’ cutters, like Mario, Harry Potter, Star Wars etc.
Does everyone else stay well away from these designs?
The only thing I would mass produce and sell on a national level would be original designs. If you start selling 100s or 1000s of well recognized, copyrighted designs someone will notice and you risk your storefront getting shut down and/or getting sued.

@meganknight264 you will get cheerleaders from both sides on this topic. I’m not sure it’s worth risking your business by selling copyright images. If ya wanna play it safe, avoid copying images or designs that aren’t created by you.
