Small V in sharp edge blade

I keep having a single notch appear in the sharp edge blade in Cura that doesnt show on the CookieCad app.

The strange part is, if I create different sizes from the same image not all of them will have to notch. Any advice?

I have an Ender 3 pro and an Ender 3 S1.
