Is there a place to send tech support issues? I’m having one (Firefox keeps crashing when I try to open a file), but I don’t see a general area we can dump any ongoing issues into. I feel bad because I keep PMing through Facebook whenever I have a problem (and it’s usually self-inflicted). I think an open area to log issues might help others sort the same issues out.

I’ve never seen that happen to Firefox - is it one particular file or does it happen often? If it happens often, perhaps reinstall Firefox or see if Chrome also has the issue.
