uploading file and getting this error message: tracing failed (error calledprocesserror.message)

It’s usually something with the file - can you share the file here or to support@cookiecad.com? If it is a PDF try converting it to another format - you can take a screenshot of the PDF and upload that as well.
seems to be a file issue. changing to png worked. thank you.
