Upload Failed TypeError: Failed to fetch

When I want to upload a png picture it shows: Upload Failed TypeError: Failed to fetch.
What is the problem?..I have premium membership…

I’m getting the default rectangle when I upload. Is this common?

Amazon (our server host) had an outage that day that affected the site. It was back up once they resolved it. Everything should be good now.

I still have the problems with uploading a png or a jpeg file. Is there a solution to this problem?
