Wrong offset proportions between stamp & cutter

oes anyone know a solution to the problem that when i export the cut-out edge of an object and the corresponding stamp, the proportions are not correct?
I have uploaded a picture. There you can see that the width is correct, but not the height.

I have set the size of the cutter to 70mm longest side and that of the stamp to 68mm. So that I have two separate parts where the stamp fits inside the edge.
